Club meets at Palmer auditorium located at 480 N. Imperial Ave. Brawley, CA.
The NoCCA was formed in May 1997 to address the Imperial County Cultural Plan’s mandate to broaden the scope of Arts activities in the northern communities of Imperial County These areas had been under served in the arts, and Palmer Auditorium, a fine performance facility, had been underutilized and neglected.
