Tornadoes rip through Texas and Oklahoma, causing injuries, damage, and deaths. There are no deaths reported in the United States as a result of severe weather on July 20th.

At 1:40 am CDT, a possible tornado touchdown in the Midland/Odessa, TX. area resulted in two fatalities and two injuries. A possible fatality is reported in the Dallas/Fort Worth area.

At 11:20 am CDT, a possible tornado touchdown in the Dallas/Fort Worth area. results in two injuries. A possible fatality is reported in the D/FW area.

It is believed that the tornado that struck Oklahoma started as a severe thunderstorm and then turned to a severe tornado.
